Bicycle Birding in Texas

Over the past six years Molly and I have bicycle toured over 10,000 miles around North America. We have cycled on the shores of the Atlantic through the Canadian Maritimes … as well as through various parts of the western mountain ranges to the Pacific Ocean. My camera is always packed. This April we toured through Texas during the wildflower season. Colors were fantastic, but my eye was also always on the lookout for birds. To read any of of bike diaries browse on over to the Crazy Guy on a Bike Web Portal where I have added tales of our rides! In addition, follow this link to read posts published while we were on this bike tour.

Here was the route we took this year … starting and stopping at my brother-in-law’s farm near Granbury, Texas.
